Dinmore Bell
Services / Founder Office

Everything that isn't sales or product ends up on my desk, and it is the reason I stopped leading.

The function that sits beside the founder and absorbs everything that is important, unglamorous and unowned. Legal, commercial, corporate affairs, banking, insurance, the awkward call.

Founder Office · Dinmore Bell

A Founder Office is a retained function holding everything on a founder’s desk that is not the business itself: corporate administration, adviser coordination, deadlines and decisions. Dinmore Bell runs it. Regulated advice on tax, insolvency, licensing or immigration comes from instructed specialists under its coordination.

How we own it

01

The inbox

We take legal@, contracts@ and the escalations. Matters are triaged, owned and closed, with a weekly line on what changed.

02

Board and banking

Board packs, minutes, filings, banking and facility documentation, insurance renewals and the register of who agreed what.

03

The awkward call

The supplier, the landlord, the shareholder, the departing employee. Made by us, with the objective agreed first.

Common questions
What is a Founder Office?
A single function that holds everything sitting on a founder’s desk that is not the business itself — the corporate admin, the personal and business interface, the advisers, the deadlines and the decisions nobody else can take. It exists to give the founder their week back.
Does that include regulated personal advice?
No. Regulated advice — tax, insolvency, regulatory licensing, immigration — is provided by instructed specialists under our coordination. We hold the map and the timetable; the regulated advice comes from regulated advisers.
How is this different from an executive assistant?
An assistant manages the calendar around the decisions. This function takes the decisions off the calendar entirely, by owning the matter and coming back with an outcome rather than an option.
