We don’t advise and leave. We take ownership and deliver.
Five steps, in the same order every time. The point of the sequence is that after step two nothing sits on your desk waiting for you to chase it.
- 01
Scope Analysis
Before anything else, we read the contracts, list the live risks and interview whoever currently absorbs the work. You get a written scope: what we take on, what stays with you, what needs a specialist, and what it costs. Then we both decide whether we fit. You own the document either way.
Output — Written scope and fee, in five working days - 02
Take ownership
Matters transfer to us with names and dates attached. The contract register is built, legal@ is redirected, live disputes are picked up mid-flow, and the specialists already instructed are brought under our coordination. From this point the work leaves your desk.
Output — Register live · matter list with owners - 03
Run it
We work as an internal function, not an external adviser. Decisions are made at the pace the business moves, correspondence goes out under our name, and you get a weekly line on what changed and what needs a decision from you — which is usually very little.
Output — Weekly digest · monthly board summary - 04
Recover and improve
Once the immediate load is under control we go looking: rates assessments, energy contracts, supplier overbilling, contracts renewing badly, revenue that is being given away. This is the part that tends to pay for the engagement.
Output — Recovery schedule with values and status - 05
Report and adjust
Quarterly review against the original scope. What we took on, what actually arrived, what should transfer in or out, and whether the tier is still right. Scope changes are agreed in writing before they happen, not invoiced afterwards.
Output — Quarterly scope review and re-baseline
